We value our customers and aim to provide quality poultry products and agricultural services. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Live Poultry Sales due to the nature of live animals, all sales of broiler chickens, chicks, and other live poultry are generally final once delivery or collection has been completed.However, customers may qualify for assistance or replacement under the following conditions:- Incorrect order supplied by OHAD Mixed Agro Farm- Poultry delivered in poor condition caused directly by transportation arranged by our farm- Verified delivery Mistake customers must report any issue within 24 hours of receiving the order.
2. Feed, Farm Supplies & Other Products unused and unopened non-livestock products may be eligible for return within 7 days of purchase if:- The item is damaged- The wrong product was supplied- The item remains in its original Condition approved returns may qualify for:- Replacement- Store credit- Refund (where applicable).
3. Non-Refundable Items the following items are non-refundable:- Live poultry after successful delivery or collection- Opened feed bags, eggs or used farm products- Customized orders- Digital products, consultations, or training services already delivered.
4. Order Cancellations orders may only be canceled before processing or dispatch. Once an order has been prepared, transported, or delivered, cancellation may no longer be possible.
5. Refund Processing approved refunds are processed through the original payment method where possible. Refund processing times may vary depending on:- Mobile money provider- Bank processing times- Payment gateway processing.
6. Customer Responsibilities customers are responsible for:- Providing accurate delivery information- Ensuring someone is available to receive deliveries- Inspecting products upon delivery.
